I am really sorry to be anal about this.
On Friday night, I came by with 3 friends. Bought the following.
Basil Pesto Chicken $8.90
cheese $1.00
root beer $2.00
After which the kind girl over the counter keyed in the nets machine. However there was an error with the wireless machine. So I decided to order additional desserts for my table (we came in it was full, asked if we could sit outside, there was a lack of chairs, I requested for a chair inside after which another patron mistook me for someone who works there because I was carrying the chair out.) :
peach crumble $7.90
oreo cheese cake $5.50
I was charged $25.30 and given receipt of it (which I have since thrown away).
So, just moments ago I checked my bank statement. Looks like I was indeed charged the first amount of $11.90 (I think the girl over the counter didn’t key in the cheese order, but did not cancel in time).
afterwhich i took screenshots of my bank statement.
then i realised there’s 3 entries. in the middle. 11.90 was debited back into my account. i think doing this at 4am and thinking that im not sleepy to do this while im swaying back and forth typing this out has something to do with this waste of time.
